Website Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy for Parts and Service websites
• Define features and functionality to communicate product and brand stories
• Manage timelines and agency coordination for launches
• Align digital execution with CCA brand goals
• Collaborate with internal teams such as ACDelco, Genuine Parts, Certified Service, and Technician Recruitment
• Partner with IT, Brand Leads, and research teams to implement best practices
• Advocate for user experience through usability research and insights
• Analyze site metrics and drive optimization through A/B testing and Test/Target
• Conduct usability studies and competitive audits
• Oversee content strategy and asset creation
• Develop purchase orders and support budgeting and forecasting

Requirements

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Deep understanding of UX and digital marketing
• SEO expertise and familiarity with online shopping tools
• Technical aptitude for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with usability testing and wireframe reviews
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• CGI asset creation experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-12 years of experience in digital marketing or product management for high-traffic consumer websites

• Pay range of $47-52/hour, depending on benefits and experience
