About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Learning the history and equity of the company's brands to help shape the future direction.
• Researching competitive advertising, consumer promotion, market research, product and package improvements, and best practices.
• Consulting on strategic business problems and using data to create recommendations and tell stories.
• Interacting with senior management and presenting midpoint and final summer project recommendations.
• Identifying strategic roadmaps to expand brands' ecommerce presence.
• Evaluating opportunities to leverage AI to support brands and enhance consumer experience.
• Developing cross-branding strategies and campaign platforms to drive brand equity, expand usage, and build regimen.
• Assessing, forecasting, and reporting on business trend drivers.
• Inventing efficient education strategies for reaching pharmacy and in-store health clinic professionals.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Currently pursuing an MBA with anticipated graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Creative instincts and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
• Ability to work during the program duration from June 2026 to August 2026.

Nice to Have

• Concentration in Brand Management or Marketing.
• Three years of previous work experience highly preferred.
• Experience working in the Consumer Products Industry.
