About the Role

Position Title: Brand Manager, SureCrisp. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role involves championing and driving the SureCrisp proposition to succeed in the emerging off-premise space. The position requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Insights, and Finance, with a focus on innovation, business performance, and budget management. The ideal candidate is passionate about the operator and consumer, analytical, financially savvy, and a proven leader of complex projects within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the commercial lead for critical growth projects including renovation for superiority, expansion into new channels/environments (Pizza), and segment extensions (Seasoned).
Develop 6Ps for a winning proposition, complete gate deliverables on-time, and partner with Sales to develop go-to-market plans.
Provide a holistic overview of off-premise category and SureCrisp performance through reporting and analysis, including YTD growth, drivers, YTG projections, competitive deep dives, and equity tracking.
Manage the SureCrisp budget for reporting accuracy, on-time billings, and pivots to avoid over/under spend.
Support the Communications team on communications execution by partnering with Integrated Marketing and external agencies to deliver brief objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
Minimum 5 years of brand management experience with a background in CPG and/or Foodservice.
Experience leading high-priority, complex, and ambiguous projects with commercial impact.
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and decisive decision-making ability.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to influence stakeholders with fact-based evidence and compelling storytelling.
A passion for and understanding of the food industry is preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with Stage-Gate process to drive decision-making.
Prior experience in food industry preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of brand management experience.
