About the Role

This role is an entry-level support position within project teams, focusing on coordinating and managing internal production for large and complex client accounts. The position involves supporting project delivery, maintaining client relationships, and administrative tasks, all aligned with Gallagher's shared values and commitment to client-centric service. The role can be based in Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH, or Dayton, OH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the delivery of individual projects using a wide range of tools and media
  • Perform day-to-day account support and project management with supervision
  • Conduct basic proof-reading in support of client projects
  • Participate in and contribute to internal account management meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external production resources
  • Help plan and support client meetings
  • Build strong relationships that enable account, project, and stakeholder management
  • Provide a professional, high-quality service to all clients and colleagues
  • Build strong, collaborative, and respectful relationships with suppliers
  • Weekly completion and distribution of client status reports during live projects
  • Accurately record all chargeable and non-chargeable time
  • Set-up and support governance with account management systems and processes
  • Create bimonthly team timekeeping reports and distribute to team leads

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset but not mandatory
  • Strong project coordination skills including proactivity, questioning, listening, and collaboration
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams Planner
  • Interest and ability to learn new tools and technologies
  • High degree of service orientation and ability to work effectively with internal teams
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and allocate time/resources effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and develop workable solutions
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to navigate change positively and support others in doing the same
  • Proofreading experience
  • Basic presentation preparation and delivery skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative agency, consultancy, or HR communication experience considered an asset
