About the Role

The Account Based Marketing Manager 3 is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue from high-value target accounts. This role partners closely with sales, customer success, product marketing, and demand generation teams to deliver personalized, account-centric programs aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze the account portfolio, including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, industry, buying cycle stage, and propensity to buy.
  • Analyze offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for named accounts.
  • Collaborate with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows, including campaign personalization and execution, and lead hand-offs.
  • Assist with identifying insight into named accounts from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution.
  • Develop and execute programs on behalf of sales, and assist in training on how to execute specific program elements on their own.
  • Assist content teams with campaign customization according to analysis of buyer need.
  • Work with digital team to conduct account-based testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Partner with marketing operations to establish, forecast, and report against key success metrics.
  • Assist with budget allocation.
  • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team.
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in high tech, business-to-business sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating professionalism and tact.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills within teams and across departments.
  • Strong facilitation and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain rapport and professionalism.
