CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our clients through full-funnel ad solutions leveraging CVS's data and extensive reach. We are hiring an Account Coordinator to deliver high-level client service, support campaign activation, and drive revenue growth, reporting to the Sr Manager, Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal partner teams to build successful digital media campaigns aligned to client KPIs for new business and existing clients.
  • Build out media campaign proposals in partnership with sales and media teams.
  • Act as the daily point of contact for client post-sale questions and updates.
  • Review and execute IOs and SKU mapping for campaign greenlight.
  • QA billing terms and facilitate IO signatures.
  • Coordinate launch assets and creative files with internal partners.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end creative process between the advertiser and CMX's creative team.
  • Own end-to-end launch to billing cycle for all self-service and PMP accounts within your assigned pod.
  • Own MWA campaign setup and coordination with internal teams, including preparing revenue reporting for marketing and Biz Ops.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
  • Communicate key campaign performance metrics, insights, optimization recommendations, and upsell opportunities to clients.
  • Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop end-of-campaign reporting and presentations for clients.
  • Establish reporting dashboards for all client campaigns and QA reporting metrics after launch.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous work experience in Sales, Retail Marketing, Account Management, Media, or related field.
  • 1+ years of proven experience managing client relationships and effectively problem solving.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years experience).
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organization, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a solutions-driven approach.

  • Analytical thinker: digest data and make recommendations.
  • Flexible and able to pivot quickly to meet business demands.
  • Strong familiarity with digital environment: e-Retail, eCommerce, or retail media networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years experience).
