About the Role

Populist Cleaning Co. is seeking a motivated, hands-on Account Manager to oversee daily operations, build strong customer relationships, and lead high-performing teams across multiple job sites. This position involves working in the office, at customer locations, and in the field, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable to company standards
Build strong relationships with customers and team members
Optimize job site operations and ensure profitability
Coach, train, and mentor staff for ongoing development
Analyze site budgets and identify new business opportunities
Respond to customer needs quickly and professionally
Enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards
Support and implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

Requirements

3+ years of management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to handle both office work and occasional hands-on cleaning duties
Comfortable managing schedules, training staff, and maintaining accurate documentation
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Ability to commute to Ypsilanti, MI

Nice to Have

Account management experience of 1 year (Preferred)
Management experience of 3 years (Preferred)
Commercial cleaning experience of 3 years (Preferred)

Qualifications

Experience in account management, management, and commercial cleaning (preferred)
