Account Representative - Exports

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on conflict resolution as issues arise.
• Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
• Work with the account manager to process invoices and account receivables.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to maintain continuous knowledge of the account status.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed and work toward process improvement.
• Communicate all aspects of company capabilities and services to the client.
• Conduct report analysis, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• People skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Technical competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Motivated and goal-oriented.
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
• BA in Business Administration or four years of related experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Must complete PI assessment to be considered for the position.
