About the Role

Our client, a telecommunications company located in Woburn, is seeking an Account Specialist to join their team on a 5-6 month contract. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity (Monday-Friday, standard business hours) offering $20/hour. Beacon Hill Staffing Group provides staffing solutions with a focus on project completion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase order requests, review installation documents, and enter contract data
Manage customer deliverables using internal systems
Resolve documentation discrepancies with internal/external stakeholders
Assist in the creation and closeout of maintenance projects, including document upload and tracking
Input administrative data into tracking systems from application to project completion

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
1-2 years of professional or internship experience in an office setting
Prior exposure to telecommunications, project management, or legal/real estate documents a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
