Key Responsibilities

  • Support management and team members in customer service and employee relations tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-site operations and participate in management training opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data entry, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in social media marketing and content management is a plus.
  • Experience in employee relations and managing multi-site operations is preferred.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport, and effectively communicate with co-workers, employees, and customers.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative team player.

Nice to Have

  • Social media marketing knowledge and leadership skills (training available if not experienced).
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience in email marketing campaigns.
  • Veterans with or without ratings are encouraged to apply.
