We are seeking a driven, experienced Advertising Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, grow revenue across our advertising solutions, and oversee digital and integrated media campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role involves leading and mentoring a results-driven sales team, managing relationships with digital vendors, and developing strategies to deliver measurable results for clients and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed ambitious sales targets, and drive consistent revenue growth
Lead digital growth initiatives and oversee vendor and partner relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and community partners
Oversee the full sales process—from prospecting to closing—to ensure exceptional client experiences
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our solutions competitive
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver innovative, results-driven advertising solutions

Requirements

3+ years of proven ability to drive team performance through clear expectations, accountability measures, and direct coaching to improve results
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including display, programmatic, social, and video
Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales plans
Comfortable analyzing data to guide decisions and optimize campaigns
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
