Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover key insights that address client challenges and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Leverage understanding of brands, consumer behaviors, and market trends globally and within the US to create culturally relevant and actionable insights.
  • Craft clear, actionable narratives that transform complex data into strategic recommendations, using strong English communication skills to resonate with diverse clients.
  • Use BAV Group’s proprietary tools to explore brand equity, perceptions, and loyalty across categories and audiences.
  • Understand and contribute to statistical analyses using tools like Excel and SPSS.
  • Deliver findings clearly, engage with internal stakeholders, and participate in client meetings.
  • Create impactful questionnaires, research frameworks, and sampling strategies to reveal insights into consumer behavior, brand perceptions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in strategic brainstorming, project discussions, and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in branding, marketing strategy, and data-driven storytelling, with deep understanding of US markets and global brand influences.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, impactful messages that reflect cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in Excel and tools like PowerPoint; familiarity with SPSS, Python, or similar statistical tools or coding languages is a plus.
  • Skilled at interpreting large datasets and translating insights into cultural contexts, focusing on US markets with global implications.
  • Experience or interest in developing questionnaires, designing research studies, and creating sampling plans.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and methodologies to adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Python or similar coding languages.
  • Experience with statistical tools like SPSS.
