Apparel Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist (Saturdays required)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to riders, helping them find the perfect apparel and gear
• Stay current on inventory and recommend gear that matches each customer's style and needs
• Create and manage engaging, on-brand content for our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Support in-store displays and promotions to keep things fresh and exciting
• Collaborate with sales and parts teams on events and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• 1+ years in retail, sales, or customer service
• Proven ability to create or manage social media content
• Knowledge of — or passion for — powersports gear and culture
• A friendly, team-first attitude and great communication skills
• Ability to work Saturdays

Nice to Have

• Social media management experience (1-2 years)
• Media specialist experience (1 year)
• Social media communication skills
• Experience with retail marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Experience with social media advertising and customer communication
• Sales experience (1-2 years)
