Key Responsibilities

Support marketing and business operations for the assigned categories.
Manage cross-functional projects and provide leadership across teams.
Contribute to product development, innovation, and portfolio management.
Assist in developing strategic objectives and innovation roadmaps for global categories.
Collaborate across various functions and geographies to bring innovative concepts to life.

Requirements

4-year undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or brand management.
Experience in beauty, tools, hair removal, personal care, color cosmetics, nail marketing, or product development.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics with creative and trend-savvy sensibilities.
Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities to identify growth opportunities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a global environment.

Nice to Have

Additional education in Product Design, Material Science, or Fashion Design.
Experience working with R&D and leading creative projects end-to-end in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Educational background in marketing or related fields as specified above.
Relevant experience in beauty or personal care product development and marketing.
