The role of Assistant Brand Manager, Global Nail Care, ABL, and B&D involves supporting the development of strategic objectives and innovation roadmap for the Artificial Nail and Beauty Solutions category on a global scale, with a focus on product development and global brand marketing in the beauty/cosmetics segments.

Key Responsibilities

Support marketing and business initiatives for the assigned categories.
Assist in managing marketing operations and cross-functional project management and leadership.
Contribute to product development, innovation, and portfolio management efforts.

Requirements

4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field.
2-5 years relevant work experience in marketing or brand management.
Experience in beauty/tools/hair removal/personal care/color cosmetics, nail marketing, and product development.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
Creative, trend-savvy, and possessing a beauty sensibility.

Nice to Have

Additional education in Product Design, Material Science, or Fashion Design.
Experience working with R&D and leading creative projects end-to-end in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Formal educational background in marketing or related field as specified.
Relevant experience in beauty or personal care product development and marketing.
