About the Role

The Assistant Vice President - Digital Advisor/Sales at Genpact is a key role within a dynamic team driving growth of digital solutions across targeted industry verticals such as consumer goods, retail, and banking & financial services. The role involves creating, shaping, and closing revenue-generating opportunities by combining leading-edge digital solutions with deep domain expertise to foster innovation, thought leadership, and client transformation. This position supports Genpact's sales and transformation services community, leveraging AI and digital technologies to help global enterprises work smarter, grow faster, and transform at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor in establishing relationships with clients, partnering with Genpact Sales and SMEs / Solution Architects, and assisting clients in thinking through challenging business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of a client's business and use of Digital technologies to craft transformational value propositions.
  • Proactively create, identify, and develop opportunities for SaaS solutions, specifically focusing on Salesforce or AWS.
  • Provide domain and digital solution expertise and support to internal teams, including participation in RFI, RFP, proactive bids, customer-facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations, assessments, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Genpact to assess and scope new opportunities in areas such as Analytics, Data, Experience, and Digital delivery.
  • Own revenue and bookings targets for dedicated SaaS products, maintain up-to-date revenue forecasts and status in the enterprise CRM system.
  • Help develop new offerings and thought leadership marketing to expand Genpact's market positioning.
  • Own delivery estimations, solutioning, and pricing for client solutions, and work closely with legal teams on customer agreements, licenses, SaaS, SOW, and change requests.
  • Work in close partnership with Genpact Sales, Solutions, SMEs, Partner Account teams, and other consulting leaders to establish and grow client relationships, innovate, and win deals.

Requirements

  • Deep domain knowledge and proven experience in Digital Licensed & SaaS products, specifically Salesforce or AWS solutions.
  • Experience and comfort carrying a sales, booking, and margin target.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value and benefits of digital & transformation solutions to both business and technical audiences.
  • Relevant industry and sales experience.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS architecture, integrations, and domain expertise.
  • Strong services business acumen, including commercial understanding, solution estimation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and work with C-level executives on the client side.

Nice to Have

  • Deep expertise in specific industry verticals such as Manufacturing, High Tech Software, Hardware, Hospitality, Services, Logistics, Media, Telco, and Entertainment.
  • Experience in driving front, middle, and back-office transformation in Manufacturing/High Tech firms.
  • Experience applying groundbreaking digital technologies to business problems across digital software & SaaS products and transformation services.
  • Understanding of business dynamics based on digitalization and digital disruption.
