Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growing our business with new clients across various industries.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to shape business development strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities aligned with the organization's strategic focus.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI Function, and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that communicate the value of services to potential clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensure mutually beneficial agreements, and close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Based in the US, UK, or EU and open to relocating to these regions.
  • Exposure to client-facing engagements and building relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the services landscape focused on Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, or Financial Services, including market trends and client needs.
  • Proficiency with technology tools, platforms, and systems, and understanding of AI concepts, applications, and technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings and sales activities.
  • For Europe hires, proficiency in one or more regional languages (German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, French).

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in sales and/or consulting at Genpact.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales management tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
