About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role involves leveraging digital platforms to create seamless digital onboarding journeys from awareness to adoption to re-engagement. The Associate Director for Digital Adoption & Re-engagement will be accountable for driving digital growth metrics such as website visits, app downloads, active users, and engagement across touchpoints. The role involves working closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to deliver measurable impact within AT&T's Digital Customer Growth Team, which focuses on driving sustainable growth through understanding and engaging customers with compelling products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive repeat visitors to our website through personalized experiences, targeted campaigns, and continuous optimization.
  • Lead initiatives to increase app downloads, working in partnership with Marketing and Product teams to design compelling value propositions and seamless onboarding journeys.
  • Drive monthly active user growth by implementing features, content, and engagement tactics that encourage frequent, meaningful digital interactions.
  • Coordinate digital adoption efforts across web, mobile, and emerging platforms to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to digital adoption; identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Serve as the digital adoption subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals, share insights, and execute adoption initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and best practices, championing a test-and-learn culture to drive ongoing growth and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or digital strategy roles, with a proven track record of driving digital adoption and engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in web and app analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or digital strategy roles.
