About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, programming, and QA of marketing automation and email marketing programs.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and direct marketing efforts focused on email marketing, lead generation, acquisition, and retention across all sales teams.
• Program, configure, test, launch, and maintain multi-touch email campaigns with automatic triggers to deploy communications based on customer engagement.
• Partner with sales applications IT department on technical design and integration with Microsoft Dynamics to support opportunity identification and data hygiene related to MQLs.
• Maintain, update, and technically execute email templates in Marketo to support creative teams in rapid deployment of high-performance emails.
• Build high-quality first-party data through organization, codification, and synchronization of customer and engagement data.
• Create engagement and scoring programs to support the marketing organization.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic enhancements based on feedback from sales, marketing, and creative teams.
• Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, business-relevant terms.
• Build technical architecture and deployment for improvements such as A/B optimization, customization of forms, thank you pages, emails, and feedback polls.
• Oversee CRM opportunities and lead overhaul processes.
• Manage 3rd party integrations for better customer profiles and buyer group development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience coordinating current projects, managing competing priorities, and meeting critical deadlines.
• Experience with Adobe Marketo email and marketing automation platform.

Nice to Have

• Experience with technical design and integration of marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
• Experience with A/B testing, form customization, and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
