About the Role

The Associate Director, Global Marketing - Solid Tumors at Genmab is responsible for driving key launch readiness initiatives, leading strategic brand activities, and supporting global commercial team workstreams for future indications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, regional partners, agency teams, and external vendors to develop and execute marketing strategies in the oncology space, particularly in gynecologic oncology and related therapeutic areas. The position is based in Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work model, and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key activities that inform the strategic brand foundation and support launch readiness, including campaign creative concepts, messaging, and segmentation.
  • Lead Commercial KOL strategy and manage commercial congress presence in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
  • Plan and execute KOL meetings, advisory boards, and steering committees.
  • Prioritize congress data presentations and relevant sessions, ensuring debriefs reflect commercial strategy implications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape and translate market events into commercial strategy implications.
  • Serve as the global commercial point of contact with the Genmab CI team.
  • Manage the global commercial team budget, tracking spend and resource prioritization.
  • Manage medical, legal, and regulatory submissions and reviews, ensuring stakeholder involvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in oncology marketing and/or relevant therapeutic areas such as ADC, gynecologic oncology, immuno-oncology, targeted therapy, or personalized medicine is highly preferred.
  • Recent global marketing launch experience is highly preferred.
  • Resourceful, decisive, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of results.
  • Experience working in complex and dynamic environments such as start-ups, emerging pharma, or new teams.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 25%.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in gynecologic oncology and global brand launch experience.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a minimum of a bachelor's degree; advanced degrees are preferred.
