The role of Associate Manager, Brand Media, Growth Marketing involves developing integrated marketing strategies for the consumer business, focusing on brand awareness, media campaign management, and driving consumer engagement across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of brand online (e.g., Paid Social, YouTube) and offline media channels, including campaign execution, project management, media mix recommendation, budget management, and data/analytical reporting.
  • Work closely with agency partners to develop media and brand media integration strategies and tactical recommendations to grow brand consideration and health.
  • Familiarity with paid social and online channels, working with analytics and media partners to test new channel or product features to identify incremental audiences and inventory to accelerate growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop and influence media recommendations using consumer knowledge and data-driven insights.
  • Manage creative projects and lead campaign implementation from inception to go-to-market launch.
  • Establish new processes and playbooks to optimize team operations and develop best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years managing and executing large-scale advertising campaigns across brand online (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube) and offline channels (e.g., OTT/CTV, streaming audio, OOH, broadcast TV).
  • Experience with paid media planning, buying, and optimization at an agency or in-house, ideally at a high-growth consumer brand.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across marketing, content, analytics, and production.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills for senior leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze detailed data, synthesize insights, and make data-driven decisions with a bias for action.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable tackling unsolved problems and building new processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with testing new ad formats and beta features in paid social and online channels.
  • Experience working at a high-growth consumer brand.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a bachelor's degree or higher; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
  • Proven experience in paid media planning, buying, and optimization.

  • Base salary within a market-dependent range of $108,800-$160,000 USD, with opportunities for equity grants.
