Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the delivery of the digital channel strategy across the NA markets and multiple platforms, guiding regional marketing teams to execute high-performing B2B channel strategies.
  • Provide direction and oversight in implementing digital campaigns across various channels such as display marketing, programmatic buying, paid social, remarketing, ABM, and analytical reporting.
  • Manage campaign budgets to overall efficiency targets and ensure campaigns translate to a positive ROI and long-term business growth.
  • Partner with local commercial teams on pipeline opportunities and report on funnel performance and opportunities.
  • Transform the organization into a first-party data-driven business by utilizing cloud technology and adtech platforms.
  • Design and execute digital channel strategies (display, programmatic, video, social, search) for finance professionals and accountants to drive engagement, conversions, CPA efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement targeted account segmentation and personalization strategies leveraging intent data and ICP insights.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, content syndication, and web personalization.
  • Design ABM-focused email workflows using marketing automation tools and segment lists for stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement first-party data strategies by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to analyze data and drive performance.
  • Maintain tracking discipline across campaigns and ensure ad fraud protection.
  • Refine automation of cloud-to-marketing integrations from data warehouses to AdTech and MarTech platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing budget, reallocating spend based on performance and channels.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and performance against KPIs using operational and analytical data.
  • Participate in pipeline meetings, reporting on funnel targets, and collaborate with regional marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Work with content and creative teams to develop campaign assets aligned with brand messaging and performance goals.
  • Partner with digital and website teams to optimize paid search and other paid media channels.
  • Coordinate with internal digital teams and external agencies to align strategy, execution, and performance.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of digital marketing and account-based marketing experience.
  • Expertise in ABM and sales enablement platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Seismic, TechTarget, and Madison Logic.
  • Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform Suite (DV360, Campaign Manager, SA360, Google Ads, YouTube).
  • Experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Experience with Salesforce for campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools like GA4 for deriving insights and optimizing campaigns.
  • Experience creating marketing dashboards with Google Looker or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and SQL is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, including developing strategies to drive growth and client engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with agencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to detail and task prioritization skills.
  • Experience in fintech, foreign exchange, financial products, financial services, or SaaS is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and SQL.

  • Salary range of $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD, with potential variable bonus.
  • Benefits offered for all full-time roles and part-time roles working a minimum of 24 hours a week.
