• Utilize CRM, marketing, and business strategy tools to support store success.

Requirements

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events that drive traffic and build brand awareness.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty and cosmetics sales.
• Knowledge of makeup application.
• Organizational skills related to retail management.
