About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with 40+ wholesalers across the U.S.
• Ensure delivery and alignment of marketing and communication assets.
• Collaborate with Ventisquero Wine Estate (Chile) to adapt global marketing materials for the U.S. market.
• Support trade marketing initiatives and execution of brand strategies.
• Assist in developing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
• Participate in training sessions in Chile to gain a deep understanding of the brand and operations.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
• Understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Interest in international business, wine, or brand management.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. work authorization required).
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar field (internships accepted).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
