The Retail Wireless team, serving Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile, is focused on redefining consumer expectations through innovative platforms, new business models, and a disruptive 5G network, positioning itself as the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Champion Brand Vision: contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand identity, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant, and reflects the company's innovative spirit
  • Craft and Execute Innovative Brand Strategies: support the development of marketing plans that leverage traditional and cutting-edge channels to reach and engage target audiences
  • Drive Creative Excellence: collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to ensure all brand communications are bold, impactful, and aligned with brand positioning
  • Deeply Understand Our Audience: conduct market research and analyze trends to gain insights into consumer needs and expectations, informing brand initiatives
  • Brand Implementation: develop and implement strategies that meet business and brand goals with impactful GTM execution
  • Manage Brand Performance and Growth: establish KPIs, track brand health metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with product, promotion, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • People Leadership: provide guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, innovative brand strategies
  • A deep understanding of brand building principles and a passion for brand marketing
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and measure campaign impact
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate a creative vision and influence stakeholders
  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing high-quality, innovative content development
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing channels and modern marketing tools
  • Knowledge of the wireless or telecommunications industry
  • Leadership experience in a creative or marketing team
