About the Role

The Brand Marketing Manager V (AI Glasses) role involves leading research and insights to inform brand and product strategies within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The position requires collaboration across teams to develop learning agendas, conduct research, and translate findings into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. This fully remote contract offers competitive compensation and benefits, focusing on brand marketing insight and product development in wearable technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UXR, Product Data Science, and Marketing Decision Science, to develop a comprehensive learning agenda for the Wearables pillar.
  • Design and conduct innovative quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making, strategic planning, and marketing/brand strategies.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations, producing effective communication to motivate application of learnings across the organization.
  • Execute full-cycle research independently and leverage insights to inform strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate proactively with a variety of partners and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including hands-on experience in survey/discussion guide and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise, executive-level syntheses to influence business decisions.
  • Extensive experience in leading insights-driven campaigns and product/feature launches, driving impact and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to think holistically and analytically.
  • Problem-solving and prioritization skills to develop research problems and methodological approaches.
  • More product development VS campaigning: brand marketing insight experience - brand campaigns.
  • Campaign creative development.
  • Strong communication, bring ideas.
  • Product development insights.

Nice to Have

  • Strong research background- capability to define and create strategies and promote products effectively.
  • Unilever and consumer packaged goods (Client) marketing insight experience.
  • Experience conducting research on wearable technology.
  • Experience with physical products.
  • Experience in brand building and brand strategy development.
