Brand Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Owning and maintaining the annual marketing calendar to ensure it is always up to date.
• Assisting in the coordination of photo and video shoots in partnership with the brand team.
• Working with vendors, legal, and AP to secure estimates and process invoices.
• Monitoring and reporting on product and promotion performance.
• Supporting the implementation and execution of brand campaigns and PMI initiatives.
• Managing project timelines, submitting art requests to support programs, and completing product information forms for new product launches.
• Regularly monitoring competitor, category, and industry trends and reporting findings to the broader marketing team.
• Organizing and tracking final assets from the studio.
• Assisting with brainstorming sessions for new product launches or marketing ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years in brand marketing, advertising, or related role.
• Experience with marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools is a plus.
• Efficient use of personal computer and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed (estimated 10%).
• Accountable, action-oriented, resilient, and creative with industry trend awareness.
• Detail-oriented project management skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Proactive, results-oriented, organized, and a team player.
• Foundations of career include marketing assistant/coordinator or agency account executive experience; restaurant or franchise experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Use of marketing tools including Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.
• Experience with project management and Digital Asset Management tools such as Wrike and Media Valet.
• Adjacent experience such as restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years in brand marketing, advertising, or related role.
• Franchised retail or restaurant experience preferred.
