Key Responsibilities

  • Helping to shape the perception of the company and evolve the brand identity aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Leading internal creative teams and agencies to develop breakthrough, effective, and award-winning creative campaigns.
  • Creating an environment of collaboration, inspiration, curiosity, and passion for excellence.
  • Translating business partner and leader needs into marketing objectives, briefs, and strategies.
  • Managing multiple priority projects and briefs simultaneously.
  • Working with matrixed global brands and multi-division organizations to develop clear, concise, and inspiring briefs.
  • Translating data, insights, and competitive landscape analysis into meaningful marketing insights and briefs.
  • Reviewing marketplace trends and formulating implications and recommendations.
  • Leading brainstorms, idea generation sessions, and creative briefings to uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand or product planning/strategy, either in-house or at a creative or brand agency.
  • Proven experience building and growing brands and inspiring creative teams.
  • Ability to develop impactful marketing strategies and influence without authority.
  • Comfort working across organizations to extract information and translate needs into marketing objectives.
  • Experience working with global brands and multi-division organizations with diverse target audiences.
  • Capability to own and develop clear, inspiring briefs that lead to creative work.
  • Ability to analyze data, insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to lead creative sessions and presentations.
