About the Role

The Business Customer Development Manager at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for managing executive-level customer relationships to drive profitability and growth. The role involves developing new business opportunities beyond existing customers, defining and developing new service capabilities, and ensuring that company profit goals are met. The position requires an innovative, solutions-oriented individual who thrives on negotiation, relationship building, and taking direct responsibility for success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive-level customer relationships for profitability and growth.
Develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base.
Define and develop new service capabilities that extend the reach of DHL Supply Chain's core value proposition.
Ensure that company profit goals are met.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in an IT project management role.
Direct and successful accountability for project budgets and timelines.
Experience of system design, development, or integration projects (packaged and custom solutions).
