From landscape enhancements to snow removal, xeriscape conversions, and holiday lighting, we create lasting value for multi-family, office, and hospitality clients across Colorado. Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt, pitch, and close new commercial maintenance, snow, lighting, and landscape enhancement accounts
  • Own your pipeline: manage discovery, walkthroughs, proposal generation, and follow-up using HubSpot
  • Close $1M+ in new revenue annually across core verticals (you'll have support)
  • Build deep relationships with property managers, HOA boards, asset managers, and facility directors
  • Help scope and price jobs in coordination with operations and estimating tools
  • Represent Energyscapes with professionalism, responsiveness, and strategic insight
  • Track KPIs weekly: close rate, deal volume, average deal size, and proposal speed
  • Collaborate on upsell/cross-sell strategies (e.g., convert snow-only to year-round)
  • Contribute to strategic campaigns — especially around city-incentivized xeriscaping and fall install pushes

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in B2B services
  • Sold landscaping, snow, construction, or trades
  • You've closed $500K+ annually in deals
  • Experience with HOAs or property management portfolios
  • Grit and hunger to close
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Jobber
  • Professional presence with decision-makers
  • Landscape design or estimating ability
  • Strong follow-through and CRM discipline
  • Spanish fluency a plus

  • Spanish fluency

Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B services sales
  • Experience closing deals in landscaping, snow removal, or trades
  • Track record of closing $500K+ annually

Benefits & Perks

  • Base Salary: $50K-$60K
  • Commission: Uncapped. 5-8% of collected revenue on enhancement, snow, and lights
  • OTE: $70K-$90K+ (top performers can earn $100K+)
  • Bonuses: Performance and milestone-based
  • Tools Provided: iPad/laptop, CRM access, proposal templates, AI setter support
