Business Development Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager, providing insights and analysis on key issues.
• Create and oversee the implementation of a growth plan for CBS, focused on increasing top line and profitability.
• Drive the value proposition of CBS and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as manufacturing transfers, sourcing improvements, market exploration, and sustainability efforts.
• Drive new business development by identifying new markets, customers, and expanding opportunities within Amphenol's existing customer base.
• Explore new regions, customers, and market trends to expand CBS's market presence.
• Promote CBS products and technologies through effective web presence, positioning, and market studies.
• Organize and lead initiatives for product and technology promotion to ensure visibility and market penetration.
• Attend industry events to advocate for CBS's product lines and engage with potential customers.
• Drive initiatives for sustainability and continuous improvement within the product lines and market approaches.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Analysis or Business Development, ideally within a connector or cable company.
• Extensive experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis.
• Experience leading global projects.
• Strong capabilities in enhancing operational efficiency and making improvements that increase profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an asset, but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Analysis or Business Development, ideally within a connector or cable company.
