About the Role

The role involves expanding the company's presence in the Nordic region through strategic sales and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior client leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with client services and trading teams to cultivate accounts
  • Communicate the value of the media buying platform by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
  • Participate in product road map build-out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, and engineering
  • Take the lead in responding to RFPs or new inner agency opportunities, including qualification and win strategy
  • Lead global account discussions with counterparts in other regions
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and revenue teams to optimize efforts relating to company-wide goals
  • Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to develop the company's selling propositions and differentiators
  • Optimize client advertising investments and grow the business

Requirements

  • Business fluency in Swedish and English (additional Nordic languages are a bonus)
  • Proven track record of outbound sales in online advertising
  • Experience working across the Nordic region
  • Programmatic experience at an online publisher, SSP, DSP, or other online advertising roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Experience establishing long-standing, consultative client relationships
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers at major holding companies is a plus
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation abilities
  • Consistent record of exceeding revenue expectations
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business and internal meetings/trainings

  • Additional Nordic language skills beyond Swedish and English
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers at major holding companies
