Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new prospects to facilitate sales growth.
  • Create and maintain a list of prime candidate end users for robotic solutions.
  • Consult and advise property and facilities managers on solutions including mobile robots that operate in unstructured environments.
  • Actively manage and track sales activity and forecast revenue and sales pipeline weekly using Salesforce.com.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and communicate how our product stands out from competitors.
  • Present the Avidbots product line to customers both virtually and in person.
  • Support evaluations and demonstrations at tradeshows and customer sites.
  • Meet customers in person, conduct robot demonstrations, and overcome objections to move opportunities through the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience leading and closing B2B sales proposals.
  • Proven track record of sales success selling disruptive technology into focused markets.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding annual and quarterly sales goals.
  • Good executive presence, communication skills, and credibility.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn complex technology-focused products and stay updated with product changes.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and valid passport.
  • Able to travel approximately 25% within North America.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling autonomous robotic solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience quantifying value at the executive level.
  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.
  • History of accurate forecasting and business reporting.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills related to robotics.
