This position is responsible for growing the Medical Group revenues, reputation and image by selling, servicing, and maintaining targeted large accounts. The Business Development Executive establishes relationships in customer organizations, assists in training sales teams, negotiates and develops distribution contracts in targeted healthcare organizations, and develops and implements sales and marketing programs to drive growth, increase market share, create brand loyalty, and achieve sales and profitability goals. The role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and healthcare services teams to communicate key initiatives and market trends.
