About the Role

The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives. This role is part of AdventHealth Orlando, a community-focused healthcare facility dedicated to providing state-of-the-art healthcare and fostering professional and spiritual growth within a purpose-minded team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans.
Markets opportunity to potential candidates.
Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget.
Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures.
Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development projects.
Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's in business management or a related field.
2 years' experience.
3 years of technical experience.
2 years of leadership/management experience.
