The role involves marketing Frontline Insurance products to independent agencies within an assigned territory, increasing premium and policy growth, and acting as a subject matter expert to support agency relationships and market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Markets Frontline Insurance products to independent agencies within the assigned territory and generates increased premium and policy growth by selling carrier benefits to the agents.
  • Meets or exceeds revenue and profitability goals in the assigned territory.
  • Leverages existing field relationships with agency personnel and provides in-depth training on Frontline Insurance philosophy, products, and procedures.
  • Uses Salesforce to log and record all agency meetings and interactions, and creates reports to track production goals and other projects.
  • Works with territory underwriters to analyze and identify service issues and product gaps impacting growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participates in networking events, sales conferences, and trade shows to drive business in the territory.
  • Provides monthly analysis of market understanding and recommends changes to increase or maintain production goals.
  • Tracks production, identifies underperformers, manages rehabilitation plans, and develops alternative strategies when results are negative.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of strong sales, marketing, or underwriting experience.
  • Prior insurance experience in a role with territory sales or marketing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or professional designation strongly preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision makers, producers, CSRs, and support staff within agencies.
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, and other sales-related computer programs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% by vehicle with some overnight stays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills in small and large group settings.
  • Ability to review professional publications and implement new practices to improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or professional designation (strongly preferred).
