About the Role

Business Development Manager AC Infinity designs and sells environmental control equipment in the growing and HVAC marketspace. We're looking for a Business Development Manager who will take ownership of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic growth opportunities through distribution channels. This role is critical to expanding AC Infinity's market presence across the U.S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand AC Infinity's distribution partnerships.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new channel opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Identify and engage with potential collaboration opportunities through networking, cold calls, and other lead generation methods.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners and maintain strong relationships.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure collaborative satisfaction.
  • Contribute to other team members' partner acquisition and relationship maintenance work as needed.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnership management—preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing successful franchise or distribution partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience drafting and managing partner agreements.
  • Demonstratable success in driving business growth, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Qualifications

  • Built relationships with distributors or franchisees: 4 years
  • B2B experience identifying and closing partnership deals: 4 years
