About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager, based on the West Coast, to lead strategic growth initiatives with Tier-1 OEMs in the AI semiconductor space, including industry leaders like NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel. This role involves managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and collaborating across functions to align business strategies in the high-performance computing, AI, and data center markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand relationships with Tier-1 OEMs, acting as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers and engineering teams.
  • Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability through strategic sales initiatives, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions and collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer roadmaps.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI, HPC, and semiconductor markets to inform business strategy.
  • Work closely with global sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, supply agreements, and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or technical sales within the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
  • Proven success managing and growing Tier-1 OEM accounts, especially in the AI, GPU, or data center segments.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chains, electronic components, and system-level integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and EBITDA in large, global organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Deep relationships with key stakeholders at NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, or similar companies.
  • Experience working with global teams and navigating complex multi-national sales cycles.
