About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project management and execution.

• Utilize Salesforce software for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with market analysis techniques and tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in using software such as Salesforce for managing sales processes effectively.
• A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
