In this senior sales role, the Business Development Manager is responsible for the sales development and growth of a defined sales for the U.S. Lubricants Division. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to implementation. They will also be responsible for customer satisfaction and retention of existing business.
