Bio-K+ is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion for their new shelf-stable probiotics, including innovations for heart health. The role involves building strategic partnerships, leading sales strategies, and collaborating across teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. Conventional & FDM (Food/Drug/Mass-Merchandise) channels.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead Sales Strategy: Create data-driven sales plans to grow market share and support sell-through success.
  • Champion New Product Launches: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our latest innovations-including our new Shelf Stable Capsules.
  • Deliver Financial Impact: Analyze opportunities, manage risk, and contribute to profitable growth.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor market intelligence to keep Bio-K+ ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or marketing—ideally in health, wellness, or CPG.
  • Experience working with distribution partners and brokers.
