About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying and engaging with prospective customers and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDA) ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, revenue growth and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements

Possesses 5+ years of Business Development experience.
Holds 2+ years of hands-on management experience.
Displays exceptional interpersonal and team management skills.
Demonstrates strong analytical experience.
Exhibits strong proficiency with CRM and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree a plus.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Total expected compensation range between $115,000 and $150,000, including base salary and target bonus.
