About the Role

Fisher Phillips, a renowned international leader in employment and labor law, is seeking a dynamic Client Development Coordinator to join their team. The role involves shaping and executing initiatives that elevate the firm's brand, engage clients, and expand market presence. The position reports to the Regional Marketing and Business Development Manager and provides support to various practice groups and international offices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and entrepreneurial spirit are valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business development efforts at both local and national levels, working with practice groups, industry teams, and the firmwide marketing department to deliver high-impact programs and campaigns.
  • Assist the Marketing & Business Development team with administrative tasks such as invoicing, vendor relations, membership management, meeting and appointment scheduling.
  • Support firm webinars by assisting with scheduling, drafting descriptions, submitting request forms, production, reviewing PowerPoints, and post-webinar follow-up.
  • Assist with planning and executing firm events and conferences, including budgeting, site selection, vendor and promo item ordering, booth setup, on-site logistics, and follow-up.
  • Manage promotional items for assigned practice groups/industry teams, including placing orders, managing inventory, ensuring timely delivery, expense tracking, and invoicing.
  • Assist with internal communications and messaging through intranet, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Conduct client research to identify and pursue new business development opportunities and track progress.
  • Coordinate regional and national submissions for rankings such as Chambers and other directories.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture by bringing fresh ideas and energy to the business development and marketing functions.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability, adaptability, creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize deadlines, stay poised under pressure, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written communication skills; writing experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional client service attitude and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for onsite event and conference support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Understanding of marketing technologies, including marketing automation tools, social media tools, CRM, and experience management tools.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • This role requires a hybrid work schedule.
