About the Role

The role of Client Sales Account Executive, or Experience Partner, leads Sales, Solutioning, Storytelling, and Account Servicing for Cognizant Moment. Their purpose is to understand client needs, activate Cognizant Moment and related capabilities to solution against client needs, build a compelling story to convince clients to buy our services, and ultimately to grow and nurture the client relationship for additional sales and partnership. Cognizant Moment helps businesses create experience ecosystems by combining big data insights with generative AI to drive innovation and deliver hyper-personalized experiences. The company focuses on Business Transformation, Marketing and Content, Commerce, Digital Product Design, and Learning & Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers by working alongside existing account teams to understand industry trends, create sales plans, manage pipelines, and develop problem statements for solutioning.
  • Create compelling solutions by assembling and leading pursuit teams, being accountable for the story, deal structure, and pricing.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients by establishing relationships with growth-focused leaders in sales, marketing, product, and business divisions, and proactively generate thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across Cognizant by assembling skills within Cognizant Moment and across the organization to respond to client needs, working closely with internal account teams and other Service Lines.

Requirements

  • Strategic problem solving skills to understand business challenges and industry trends and translate them into experience solutions.
  • Core skills in account growth and business development within a technology services environment.
  • Deep understanding of how a specific industry functions and related industries.
  • Experience with Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce, Adobe, Salesforce Modules, and Contact Centre.
  • Willingness to travel as required to be onsite with clients.
  • Effective executive communication skills to articulate solution vision and create compelling presentations.
  • Outstanding relationship management abilities to manage relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales opportunities, qualify leads, and create sales plans.

  • Experience with AI-enabled experience ecosystems and digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with market trends and innovative experience solutions.
