This is not a remote role, we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office. We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and execution-driven marketing manager to lead initiatives that drive customer retention and growth. This role is positioned at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and execution, working with cross-functional teams to define and implement campaigns supporting the strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives development and implementation of marketing plans focused on segmenting, targeting and positioning for the postpaid base portfolio.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer pain points. Provides strategic recommendation on offers and programs to retain customers.
  • Influence and lead cross functional teams to champion new concepts and ideas.
  • Uses data-driven insights to create customer journeys and content based on user behavior, demographics, and preferences. Utilizing a consumer-centric approach with desire for deep understanding of customer behaviors, preferences, and expectations.
  • Leads business performance including tracking of results, preparing contingencies and developing iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required).
  • 4 - 7 years of marketing experience in categories such as software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Experience driving email, SMS, push notifications, and owned marketing programs to engage customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills by presentation, written and verbal methods, and executive presence.
  • Experience in defining and driving go-to-market strategies (Preferred).

Nice to Have

  • Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred).

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in marketing roles for 4 to 7 years in relevant categories.
