The Community Outreach Manager for Ohio MyCare is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing community outreach and retention strategies across five state regions to achieve marketing and retention goals. The role involves member education, outreach, and orientation within a healthcare program focused on delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally competent, person-centered coordination for members' physical health, behavioral health, long-term services, and psychosocial needs. The position is based in Ohio at either the Columbus or Toledo Welcome Center locations, with a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence three days per week.
