The Community Outreach Manager for Ohio MyCare is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing community outreach and retention strategies across five state regions to achieve marketing and retention goals by focusing on member education, outreach, and orientation. This role is based in Ohio at either the Columbus or Toledo Welcome Center locations and involves engaging with community members, leaders, and providers to promote company programs and improve member access to care. The position supports a trauma-informed, culturally competent, person-centered approach within the MyCare Ohio Plan program, which addresses physical health, behavioral health, long-term services and supports, and psychosocial needs.
