About the Role

At United Way Space Coast, we don't just raise funds, we build stronger communities. We're looking for a passionate and community-driven Community Relationship Manager to lead workplace giving campaigns and cultivate meaningful partnerships with local businesses. This role involves engaging with local companies, managing campaigns, and representing United Way at various community events to support community causes and foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with local companies year-round
Plan and execute engaging workplace giving campaigns and events
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and major donors with the help of your manager
Inspire community members through presentations and storytelling
Track campaign performance through our CRM system and use insights to improve outcomes
Represent United Way at events, meetings, and community functions

Requirements

2+ years' experience in fundraising, sales, account management, or nonprofit development
The ability to connect, inspire, and build relationships
A passion for supporting your local community
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office 365, data tools (like Excel), and campaign tracking
Willingness to travel locally often and work occasional evenings/weekends to attend events

Qualifications

Experience in fundraising, sales, account management, or nonprofit development
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office 365
