Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and demand generation needs.
Conduct audience research to identify pain points, trends, and opportunities.
Build and maintain an editorial calendar across multiple channels.
Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, email copy, social media posts, and video scripts.
Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external writers/agencies to ensure content accuracy and impact.
Optimize content for SEO and lead conversion.
Manage content promotion across owned, earned, and paid channels (website, email, social media, PR).
Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to support campaigns.
Track and improve performance of content assets across the funnel.
Define KPIs and measure ROI of content initiatives.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Continuously optimize strategy based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2-5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable results.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
Experience managing a content calendar and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Sprout, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM).
Experience with video marketing and podcasts.
Strong project management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
