About the Role

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. At OMG23, we partner with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of integrated ad campaigns for iconic brands. Our team works on blockbuster films across various banners and on TV networks including ABC, National Geographic, FX, and more. We live movies and TV, offering an opportunity to join a passionate team involved in entertainment marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist team members with tactical campaign planning and management for a given business segment.
  • Traffic, daily optimization, and building reports for campaigns.
  • Respond to various requests from team leadership.
  • Utilize social management tools such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat to set up ads and targeting for execution.
  • Pull and analyze audience reports.
  • Assist in the creation of weekly and one-off reporting.
  • Compile and file campaign screenshots.
  • QA the data for campaign reports.
  • Manage insertion orders and accounting information for campaigns.
  • Perform day-to-day campaign activities for paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, YouTube.
  • Manage campaign activity, traffic ads, and monitor performance daily.
  • Implement optimizations and analyze campaigns.
  • Create reporting and data pulls.
  • Manage billing and insertion orders.
  • Pull competitive analysis and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Online marketing experience desired; paid social and search engine marketing a plus.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing including SEM, SEO, display, and paid social.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Word; PowerPoint familiarity a plus.
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social and search engine marketing.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in online marketing, paid social, or search engine marketing.
